I noticed an odd commonality for things like multivitamins, the stronger the smell, the more effective they seem. This multivitamin is strong as it's scent! It pretty much covers all bases.It even has Choline?! Found in Eggs. I'm not a fan of eggs but they are a superfood and if you need a complete multivitamin, this is what you want. At first, I only took 1 tablet a day and felt great. Then I learned it supposed to be two. Now I do two and never felt better! ^_^

I've been taking this supplement since May of 2016 and by the 2nd full month of consistent use, I noticed a marked change in my weight. I am definitely attributing the reduction in particular areas of my body to the supplement, as I'd been on a workout and food style change for a year and a half and had reached a plateau, lasting more than four months. Suddenly, after taking the supplement for two full months, closer to three, and a reduction in workout time (not contrived just due to busyness) I noticed, as did others, less inflammation in the abdomen, arms and thighs.

Can't really tell any difference between these and other vitamins.

Just so you knoq....this is only a one month supply for almost 27 dollars.

The package was fine but the cap was open and the seal open. I need a reimbursement.

Great quality and micro dosing approach, ingredients are fantastic provides good coverage of everything you need, have all certifications, love this product.

Once you start researching some of the mainstream multivitamins and checkout the components each one contains, you realize most have inactive and synthetic components in them. This is not a complete multi but a very effective one and if you don't have a large and wide vitamin necessity, this guy contains the main stuff you'll need.
