I have a condition that makes it hard to use my hands for tasks such as open a can, this small device has really helped me.It's very easy to set up, made of a nice quality material that is easy to wipe over should it get anything on it.The can opener wroks really well.It might take you a couple of attempts when you first use it, to get the can opener to get a grip and cut the can.But once you are used to it it works really well, and minimises the chance of cutting yourself on sharp can lids.

I had great hopes for this product. Alas, my experience over the past few months has been it only seems to open milk cans easily. I've had trouble opening the small tinned salmon cans and others with it. I don't think it is worth its cost. The person I bought it for avoids using it now as it's a bit of hit and miss at opening any can (aside from the milk cans). It is better to buy a mains powered tin opener (I'll keep to brands I know) or a really good by hand tin opener instead. Also looking at it closely, its construction seems cheap, particularly the mechanism of how the button is pressed - I expected better for the expensive price of £31.

I loved this but it has only lasted a year and I don't even use it that much! Will get a cheaper version now as I don't want to be spending that much every year to replace it. The performance when it was working was great and made my life easier
