Good thigh & groin support.
I measure 32" waist, 42" hips, 135lbs & 5'4" & got the XXL. Has light compression in the abdomen and good amount of compression in the thighs. Got this for post liposuction surgery after trying a few other brands. I got a size up after not being able to get the others on without a ton of pain. These were easy enough to get on but still good support. No seams in the thighs which is so important after lipo. There is a pretty big seam up the front of the abdomen, but isn't too bothersome. Has a good size gusset in the crotch which feels pretty supportive.

Good Compression Shorts
I don't know about "pelvic floor compression", but I bought these to help me post-surgery for a thigh lift. I took off one star for the shockingly scratchy material, but if you wear a pair of men's long briefs under them they are ridiculously comfortable. They offer the best compression that I've found yet...after buying far too many other compression shorts and straps and gadgets.

Super Tight Gives Some Relief
Gives some relief for snapping hip syndrome and a pulled groin tendon. But, if this sounds like you, also research stretches and exercises to rebalance your muscles.

LOVE THEM
I needed these post procedure they have the perfect amount of compression on my thighs and they also help with my blood pooling when I stand from dysautonomia. I'm 5'7 and these hit right at my knees, I have a long torso and they go up just below my bra line. I ordered an XL and I'm 150lbs they fit comfortable with enough compression. I did order a second pair from another seller in a large they also fit fine w/a tiny bit more compression. So far I've worn them at least 12hrs one day so far, hoping they hold up as I need to wear them that long everyday. For washing I would suggest the same as washing a "faja" soak in cold water, wash by hand and hang to air dry. *CON: The only con is that they do roll at the waist and that is very uncomfortable there isn't any real band or elastic at the waist nor silicone strip to keep them steady. I love that there are no uncomfortable seams on the legs like most compression garments. The material is strong feeling and yes a bit hot or scratchy but they working so far.

Yes! They work!!
Having water retention problems? Use these shorts. I wore several days in a row when first getting them. Now it’s whenever the issue arises again. Much easier to wear in cooler weather, but they do work.

Comfortable and supportive
Quality product, supportive and definitely provides compression and keeps my legs and hips and everything together. It’s the only thing that relieves my back pain which I accidentally discovered as it was recommended by my OT because I’ve got a little bit of edema. I was shocked to find these shorts support my back where pain radiates from my SI to my hips. Compression has helped swelling as well. These are super high waisted on me and I did not realize that I had edema in tissue areas around my belly. I usually wear a large but the chart made it seem like I needed to size up. The XL provides support and some compression but they’re super stretchy I feel so going to my true size of large for my next pair is what I’ll do to see if I get better compression.

Hard on the waist
I had surgery involving my thigh, and compression shorts were recommended, but these had more compression on my poor wast than on my thigh. I got the size I needed based on measurements, and still it was too tight.
