It's cheap and and does a brilliant job.
The Attic Loft Cupboard Door Hatch Touch Latch Zinc Plated with Screws BZP 80mm is cheap and easy to fix. It does a brilliant job. This the 2nd one that I have bought and the 1st one lasted years.

The latch was easy to install and worked fine.

Poor quality
Bought to replace an old worn mechanism. Fit the new one and it bent immediately and won't keep the loft door closed. Poor quality.
