Works well for price
I used it to press my bike headset with the following dimensions:Length - 120mmTop - 50mmBottom 60mmIt was barely big enough to press the 60mm wide opening. I also used it to press a few pivot bearings. Quality seems fine.

it worked for my 1 1/8" headset
not bad for a $20 tool. just make sure everything is lined up before you start cranking down. includes an inexpensive open-end wrench. l used one of my own box ends to prevent slipping. the tee handle could be a little longer for more leverage. take your time. keep an eye on the bearings to make sure they are going in straight. looks like it would work ok for press fit bottom brackets, too (l don't have any of those) yes, you could probably make something similar, yourself, out of a piece of all thread, some washers and a couple of nuts, if you're stuck and have that stuff lying around. if not, just buy the tool. it works better and arrives the next day

Okay
It’s okay. I recommend just pressing one side of headset at a time. The center shaft is so thin it flexes and twists under load. The threaded rod in the center is only .5”.

Tool met all my expectations.
First time using a headset tool. When I received the tool, I lubricated the threads and bearings prior to use. I experienced no difficulty whatsoever. Tool seems pretty hefty and more than adequate for its job. I did not use the wrench that came with the headset tool.

Too Small for my purposes
It is decent for the price but the shaft was too short for my purposes. It needed to me about 3" longer. If you you have a shorter headtube, this might work for you. I ended up purchasing a longer shaft and nuts from the harware store in order the use the tapered bit that fits into the cup. The taper isn't graduated enough to prevent the cup from going into the head tube crookedly.
