The media could not be loaded. Just received this clock and very impressed with its size (4"x4") and appearance . Especially love the fact it really is silent . Only down side is the winders are very close to the side , so not very easy to turn . But hey , I still love it . I've just put in two AA batteries , not included , and tried the alarm function . Definitely a wake you up alarm . The alarm on off switch is on the back . Can't comment yet if it's luminous in the dark , but it does have a push button on top , which lights up the face , brilliant idea . When you release the button the light goes off . It also comes with a card in the box to register it for extended warranty . Five years instead of one year , so worth doing . All in all , so far , a very good purchase , and I would say worth the money 😊

Great alarm clock, totally silent, sturdy so won’t topple over, very clear face so easy to read, love the light too, very well packed and speedy delivery. I recommend.

It was perfect and silent when using the first few weeks but after a while it started make a slight ticking. However bearable hence for the 4 stars

Product as described. Has large clear dial about 4inches square. Is luminous at night at least for the first half hour. Takes 2 AA batteries. Has built in night light but may drain batteries quicker. Ideal for bedside use as is completely silent. Very good clock for Senior people.

If Ronseal made alarm clocks…Basically this removes the need for me to keep my iPhone in the bedroom, so it’s now a device free zone.Larger than I thought it would be which is a good thing, it’s robust, the alarm is loud and most importantly the clock is very silent.Also - it’s simple to use and set up, battery powered so it’s also very reliable compared to a mains powered alarm clock.It works well and does what it’s supposed to. Recommended.

The clock started making a gear whirring sound and the alarm went very quiet.

This is a brilliant clock to have no ticking and easy to see especially when you wake up in the middle of the night silence is golden
