The team was incredibly fast creating my cartoon even during the busy holiday season. And the staff was very kind and understanding when I asked for a few changes to be done to my first draft; they had the final draft with my changes done only a day or so after I asked and it looks great!I will say something that helped was making sure I picked a good photo of myself where all of my facial features were easy to see, I liked how I looked in the picture and looked the most like myself if that makes any sense. If you have facial features that stand out like a long nose, sharp jaw, cleft chin or heavy eyebrows be sure to find a picture that accurately shows all your unique features so the artists can draw your portrait the most accurate.Overall, I'm very happy with my service from iToonify and my cartoon!

At first i was a little disappointed because the shipping info said it wouldn't be here until May. However, it came within the week (abt 3/4 days) and I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!The poster itself is printed on thick, sturdy paper and the colors are incredibly vibrant. It looks WONDERFUL in our living room and makes me smile everytime I look at it. My husband surprised the family with it as we all love the show.The customer service was impeccable. Their response time was very fast and they were able to address the requested changes and send us a mockup within 24 hours of the changes we requested.I've shown friends and family and will continue to show everyone and anyone as this is such a dope gift!! I ordered this for my husband who loves Rick and morty, he’s obsessed! I got it earlier than the expected date and it looks amazing! They sent a picture to make sure I approved of the design (which I didn’t see) and sent a couple reminder emails when I didn’t respond. I completely missed ALL of them, so they sent it out anyway. It looks great! LOVE that they let you see the design before sending it out and allow you to send feedback so you get exactly what you want, but even if I would have been paying attention I wouldn’t have changed anything. So happy with this!!

I purchased this last year for my boyfriend for our anniversary because he is a fan of rick & morty. The seller constantly communicated with me & made any changes I wanted to the poster. I was so happy when it arrived & so was my boyfriend. I definitely recommend purchasing this poster!

The picture is ok. I’m very disappointed in the fact that I reached out to them numerous times after they sent me their original email with the design requesting a few changes and they never responded or attempted to incorporate any of the changes. The 3 stars is because the picture is cute, but not exactly what I had hoped for and their lack of response is extremely disappointing.
