I'm an American who spent 7 years in England and couldn't find traditional Chinese roast pork anywhere, but I found this seasoning at an Asian market. I used it with pork shoulder, and it was absolutely amazing. I've used it on pork belly for my daughter, on Chinese BBQ spareribs, Chinese chicken, pork tenderloin to make bahn mi, I've used the leftovers of the pork to make kimchi fried rice. This is a seasoning packet that will never leave my house.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!This is terrible, I'm not sure what to say other than it say salt pepper, spices,ect.Not.much,smells like anisette, looks like water,sand and whatever they use to color it.I would say food coloring but it's definitely not what I'm use to seeing,the color was enough for me to give up on it.😲🤯
