For some reason I love the letter d. It's one of my favorite letters of the alphabet. And to see a displayed on my nightstand just makes my day. Again I absolutely love this particular item.

This was very nicely made out of beautiful walnut. No rough edges anywhere

For the price paid, I was expecting letters that I’d be able to display in a room, but the quality is terrible. There are defects - notches, splintering, and pieces broken off. Very disappointing.

Exactly what I was looking for my son's bedroom shelf.

I ordered a "C." Now, yes, I realize that it is a rounded letter. But I would have expected them to flatten out one side so it would stand up. Nope. It just rolls onto its "back." Aside from this (major) flaw, it's attractive and just what we were looking for. So I guess I'll be sanding or filing to flatten it out. If you're getting a letter with solid structure (like an "A" or an "H") I guess you'll be ok. But for rounded letters (C, G, J, O, S, U maybe D) be prepared to either do some work or create a stand of some kind. Or just order something else.

The letter F could not be stood up and or mounted… garbage

I ordered assuming that I would receive the complete alphabet as this was described as “8" Decorative Solid Block Wooden Letters Alphabets Words Natural” I received the letter A, I’d have never purchased had I known. Quality is very good but incredibly overpriced.
