Wire Storage Basket, Small

I bought this for my bike actually. When I got it I was impressed at how large and sturdy it was. I had to remind myself what I got it for because I was instantly thinking of so many other uses. I attached it to my bike on a rear rack with zip ties. It is very sturdy and large enough to hold 2 gallons of milk without problems. It's been used as my grocery basket for about 6 months now and is showing no signs of wear at all. There's a bend in the upper metal bar that forms a tab of sorts, I assume so you can pull it from a shelf or cupboard, but I used it to attach a rear blinker. There's also a slot for a label. Very useful all over the house. Laundry, kitchen, garage, bikes, whatever! In fact, I'm glad I looked up my history and saw this one for review, reminds me to buy more!

I ordered two of this small-size basket plus I have a medium one ordered from amazon that has not arrived yet. All I can say is, "Whoa!" If this is small, I can't even imagine what my medium one will be. This small is a lot larger than I imagined...would have preferred it a little smaller because I am putting it in a kitchen drawer for root vegetables. Hopefully, they will fit. I'm not really complaining because I must admit, these pieces are beautifully made; very sturdy and definitely like a gym bin. So, if they are too large for my base cabinet drawers, I know I'll find another use for them. That's what I get for not paying attention to dimension sizes. :)

The wire baskets arrived in great shape and on time, as is usual for Amazon and their merchant partners. It is of high quality and very heavy duty and will surely withstand freezer storage which was my intent. The funny part is the recognition phase when my brain was saying to me "Where have I seen this before?" A cold chill of high school days and gym class locker rooms flooded my consciousness as I realized that my freezer baskets are actually the locker room bins which stored many stinky items in my teen years, replete with basket ID plate and a ring for the combination lock. A cold chill passed through my bones as memories flooded my being. Now I really can't wait to bury those baskets in the bottom of my deep freeze...where it belongs, along with my memories of showers, smelly gym socks and bad hair....I shudder. Thanks for the quality merchandise and the nightmare trip down memory lane!

I use these baskets to contain any number of baking supplies in my enormous, un-organizable cupboards. They are what they are - metal baskets, with a convenient spot for a small label. My only complaint is that there are defintely some sharp spots (i.e., at the end of the various metal rods that comprise the basket) on these baskets, and my constant hauling out can result in some minor boo boos.

Spectrum Diversified Wire Storage Basket, Small, Chrome GREAT wire baskets, I ordered two on sale for about $5 per basket. They were larger than I expected and go well in my pantry. However, I was like another reviewer they came stuck together inside one another, and we had to pull to get apart. No harm done, so it all worked out alright. They came in a huge box, I do think packaging could have been better and less wasteful. Overall a good price for what I paid and fast shipping.

Nice quality and very handy for freezer use. I bought 2 of these, 1 med size and 1 small. Two med would not fit by about 1.5 inches in my freezer. I use one for all bagged foods and the smaller for meat. This makes getting what I need from the freezer so much easier, simply pull the basket out, take out the item and put the basket back. I think these would work great in any type of freezer, even the ones on the bottom because your food is laying all which way.

I have a reach in fridge, like you would see at the convenience store packed with soft drinks. Bought it off Craig's list and I will never buy a normal fridge again. That said, I bought several of these in different sizes and use them for fruit, vegetables, one for condiments, one for hot sauces, one for pickles, olives, peppers, etc. a great way to keep a huge fridge organized. They haven't rusted and are very durable.
