Excellent product and so glad I found it. I've been on prep for 11 weeks and normally struggle to sleep and have nightmares, no issues taking this. Only frustration.. I found it for half the price if I had bought it direct from BioEmblem.. will buy direct from them from now on.

a 1 star review below states the ad is misleading as they thought they were getting a 90day supply from 90 caps. In other words 1 a day @300mg. This person has left a 1 star because they couldn't be bothered to read the label where it clearly states 150mg PER capsule and the serving is TWO capsules with 45 servings. Don't leave 1 star reviews on something when its yourself that is misleading people due to your own incompetence in being able to find out and understand basic information. Just read the damn label before you buy, its not hard.
