This is a great product, had a really painful lower back so bought this, put it in the freezer over night, used the next morning and it numbed the pain for three hours, well made and a great price. Great fit and rally comfortable. Started wearing it after work as a carer just for relaxation can really recommend

This has ended up being one of the most consistant reliable belt bought. I’ve tryed quite a few and have to go from a mix of different things to deal with the back pain. And every time I get this out to use again which has up to now not enough -( cause keep putting away to side once cooled). The most effective and reliable belt. For heat wise. The size and the belt. It’s gel filled. Microwaves quick to heat up can get very hot which initially I found hard to regulate. But when hot to comfort level put on and goes right to area for me. Wish stayed hot longer for me. But going to now highly recommend. As hasn’t leaked or had any issue. Comfortable and I use this one in one area only of back as fits it covers it in one go. Just don’t put away is key. Going to recommend to anyone that needs and can have patience with the heat of microwaving as is sensitive to it. As long as you don’t put on too hot you’re good. Don’t put on skin put over clothes. And check temp of it is comfortable let it cool in needed. Remember it’s gel inside. But sealed and item plastic type material but flexible. Over clothes always and I personally wear until heat gone. And either repeat process or put a patch on

This is ridiculously perfect! For years we've been balancing ice packs on our lower back to ease pain, but this bad boy just sits there secure and does it's job! Amazing product, can't actually work out how we did it before this! Back pain is massively reduced, thank you. Highly recommended.

This literally hit the spot !!! Great design idea - no slipping stays where you put it - right on the pain!! Great to have the option of hot or cold 👏👏👏 Would certainly recommend this for a sore joint, sciatica etc etc. Came the next day and I used it straight away.

The strap is on the big side and might be too big for less than a 30” waist. The ability to walk about while the cold lessens the nerve pain and inflammation is great. I shouldn’t bought two of these so I can alternate while the other one is back in the freezer.

Its great for back pain,ive only used it as the ice pack. You need to place it over your t shirt , because its very cold, its great for back pain.
