Packaged for shipping with ultimate care; they obviously love their product. Photos are unretouched. Plant is much larger than expected, with lots of new growth. The pot was wrapped in plastic and the soil was moist, but not wet. I will definitely buy from them again.

My Ivy plant showed up quickly, in great shape. It had been packed carefully, soil was very damp but not running water out of the package. It is a beautiful green, not a wilted or brown leaf in sight. I’m putting it in a container that drains with a heart shaped topiary form to add fresh greenery to the kitchen. I plan on ordering more plants from this company.

Ok. I have about 25 house plants in my house and I admit to battling with a few but I usually figure out what they need and get them going good again. This Ivy was gorgeous when i got it. Hands down, beautiful. I was so excited and couldn't wait to have this grace my home with its beauty for years to come. After 3 weeks it started shedding badly....then it just got worse and worse. I tried not watering, watering, changing where it was and the lighting. It just tanked hard-core. Now 2 months later there is no saving it. And it kills me that I can't because I always can with everyone else!!! I'm not the best or anything but I'm definitely not the worst amd the way this guy has tanked males me feel like I don't know plants!!!! But then I look around at the other 20 something plants that I have flourishing in my home and know its not me. I'm not sure where or what or who with this once gorgeous ivy but there is no saving this little one. Males me sad and I don't like to give up but there is nothing I can do anymore besides give it a proper burial now that it's spring. Anyway, this ivy had something up with it. Wont be buying from this green house again.

Perfectly packaged and shipped, and arrived in excellent condition despite a delay, on my end, in picking it up from the delivery access point. I'm a super satisfied customer. This ivy arrived carefully packaged. I set it out for a few days and it acclimated well, so I repotted it to a larger pot, and it's beautiful and acting happy. I couldn't be more pleased!UPDATE: Sadness! My ivy that started well is slowly dying! It gets the same treatment as my other plants, including my other, 5yo, ivy but the leaves, randomly, are getting soft and greyish, and then just falling off, now about 8-10 a day. I don't know how to remedy that - I'm afraid it will just keep losing its leaves until nothing's left.

I really wanted a ivy plant but it died within 5 days. It looked bad when I received it but I ignored that I thought it was because it was wrapped up and had not light or water etc. I would like to get another one or my money back.
