It's expensive but worth it for me. It's the best over the counter nasal spray that I've tried. Also, it works very fast. A few minutes and I'm great.

I had a baby in April and my toddler got sick a week later. This fine mist version is less painful than the regular version. Works just as well. I prefer this type.
