I just received my pill organizer and it has the same sticker buy one get one free. I emailed them but have not gotten an answer.

The end compartments (morning and evening) are 1.5” L x 1 1/4” W x 3/4” deep. The middle compartment (midday) is 1 1/4” x 1 1/4” x 3/4” deep.
