2.5mm to 3.5mm with Mic

Unfortunately, it didn't fit in my headphone's wire channel (Bowers & Wilkins P5). The thickness of the cable is a little thicker than the 2mm wide channel, so the ear pad won't seat flush. I tried contacting Mr. Rex customer support, but apparently English isn't their primary language. I asked if they sold a thinner (cable). No matter how many times and ways I tried to clarify myself, they continued to think I was talking about the connectors, not the wire thickness. Duh! No one makes a 2mm connector/jack, it doesn't exist! I explained I wasn't referring to the 2.5mm or 3.5mm connectors three times, but it was useless! I gave up. Let me be clear, the quality of their product is quite good! However, I wouldn't expect much from their communications.

I used this with a Bose AE2 headset to make calls. Previously is was just a wired headset for music. It takes the 2.5mm plug at the headphone and the 3.5mm works with the phone. I tested a number of different headsets and was told that the mic quality of this set was one of the best, even comparing a set that cost $180 and a set that costs $400. I find almost every call headset that I use to be uncomfortable. This is a great way, for $9 to make any comfortable headset that you like into a quality call capable headset.

Not much to say, got these to connect my BOSE 700 to my switch and they worked perfectly after trying out so many, mic is clear. The connection is strong, no breaking or glitching what so ever. Lastly, design looks beautiful. Only complaint I have is just the buttons for the volume are a bit stiff for my taste, but it’s not a deal breaker. Overall, i would highly recommend

Perfect replacement for OEM Bose QC35 cable. The original one was plastic and felt fragile. This one has metal surrounds on the connectors and supports around the bases to prevent fraying. The input is also angled at 45 degrees vs 90 making it easier to plug in and unplug. 10/10 would buy it again but I think this one will outlast the headphones.

I bought this to replace the original headphone aux cable for my JBL LIVE 500BT. The original cable sounds WAY better. By comparison, this one sounds thin and doesn't produce bass as accurately as the original cable. For making calls this is probably just fine. But for music listening, I find it mediocre at best.

Does not work for all the products it claims it does. Do *not* buy this for the Bose QC quiet Comfort 25 lightweight headphones- the metal part of the jack is correct, but the plastic housing around it is so thick it will not fit into the socket in the headphones, which prevents the actual functional part of the device from seating into the socket- only the tip of it reaches. Item had to be returned.
