Helped me with anxiety and headache
I think this tastes okay, not bad. I think it does help me with anxiety and headache. I have an occasional cup so can't attest to everyday use or it's everyday use effects on me. I haven't discussed this tea with my doctor but if I felt I needed it everyday or enjoyed it greatly enough to make a whole pitcher then I would.

I was not impress with this tea! until I took the first seep of tea!!! Then I was impressed for the exquisite taste!!! I must say that from all kind of teas and brands this Jamaica tea! It’s to me the most pleasant exquisite option of tea!!! Congrats and I will continue to buy my favorite tea!!!

Great Sleep

Very tasty
Smells and tastes delicious even without adding honey or sugar. I personally like the herbal taste 💛 It doesn't prevent compulsion or ward off vampires though. (TVD fans, iykyk)
