Why are some of reviews saying this is fake? Their webpage links directly to this Amazon page. I’m confused why people would say this is fake.

I don't know about being fake but I stopped using it a long time ago. I use Strivectin now and love it.

Instead of clear serum yellowish serum was received this time

Ordered 3times as I like this serum. But this time color of serum was pale yellow instead of original clear liquid. But it is disappointing that it's nonreturnable and costly product.
