Good seat clamp for installing a rack
Easy to install, both the clamp itself and attaching a rack to it. Electra bike, electra rack, local shop was out of stock for the required clamp with rack attachment points. This did the job very well.

Works but watch the seat tube width
It’s tricky buying a piece like this because although the seat post fit ok, it didn’t sit on the frame tube properly, too small. So I kept the old seat post piece and put this above it, tightened it up , and attached the rack to it. I went to Home Depot to get screws for it, 1” were fine.

It provides rack mount screw holes
I bought a bike frame with no rack mount holes in the upper frame so I bought one of these. The two things it's supposed to do - it does very well. It holds my seat post in place and provided a perfect place to attach my Topeak Rack.
