GVC digital 4 Gang Surge Protected Extension Lead white with 8m cable lemgth - GVC digital

I purchased this extension lead as a replacement for an old and worn out one that had seen better days. The surge protection feature was a must to have as, at the time of purchase, I had an internal water filtration system in my aquarium and I needed to be certain that if there was a power surge for any reason that it wouldn't affect my fish.After perusing through many options of extension leads I found this one for a decent price and decided it was the best product for the job. It is a great quality extension lead as it is made from highly durable plastics and other materials and as a result feels sturdy and durable; it looks fresh and clean in white too. The surge protection remains intact even though it has been constantly used 24/7 for 4 & 1/2 solid months and it has never let me down.I would highly recommend this product as it is great quality and good value for money.

If you've got an extra 45cm of length then some of the 'newfangled' extension leads can be an exercise in frustration. They've got fully-molded plugs. Totally unserviceable.With this one you can just chop the cable to length and rewire the plug. That's a really nice benefit. It's shown in the product photo accurately, which is what led me to buy, and I was happy when what turned up matched that photograph.

What else can you write about it?? It's white and would look nice against a white skirting board. I had to supply my own electricity as it did not come included.

Needed another socket the other side of the bedroom for a TV. Didn't want to rip up floor boards and chanel into the wall, but as I was replacing the skirting boards, so simply ran this long cable under the new skirting around the wall.

Cheap and cheerful, will let you know how well it works some day ;-). Other than that its just a typical extension

It would have been nice if it had individual switches but what do you expect for the cost. No complaints so far.

Quality,excellent price,aesthetically pleasing and solves that typical problem in absolute safety. Surfing Amazon's diverse range of electrical 'accessories and needs, is so much easier than losing shoe leather and patience in the shops.
