NO! Do not order. I sent my product back for a refund, spoke to company and they promised a refund if I leave a good review. Sent item back, no refund, didn't return it to me. Out the whole cost. Amazon could not help.

Can I wear this when playing sports?

Does it help with hyperextension?

Yes it does! you can add different pie shape wedges to set your limits of movement of your knee in two different directions.

received this brace yesterday. One of the pads did not have velcro and no instructions. what are metal pieces for?

Contact supplier regarding pads. The metal inserts are for restricting the amount of forward and backward hinge movement (restrict how much the hinge bends forward and back). The instructions describe this. I believe there are videos available.
