This is an awesome shower for the price. The look is beautiful and the water pressure is super strong. The packaging Is great - each piece being wrapped separately as not to get scratched. Costumer service is top notch .I purchased this couple of months before my shower remodel when it came time to install I lost one part, in less than 3/4 hours they were already mailing me the part with awesome follow up I highly, highly recommend this product. Would definately purchase from these folks again.

Being in the handyman business I see so much cheap crap being sold today it impresses me to see what seems to be a quality product. First and foremost it is not fully installed and tested and normally I don't review something until I have done that. I was offered a few bucks to do so and this is what I can tell you so far. Packaging, I was amazed. Haven't seen something packed this good in years. Quality, everything seems very solid. No plastic except for the valve housing. I was truly impressed. Valve has been installed and checked and sitting with pressure on it for days (in process of building house). Notices a tiny leak on one fitting, not even big enough to drip. Suggest using heavy Teflon tape for threads. Have not tested the shower head or sprayer but expect it to be of quality. Do yourself a favor with all shower and bath fixtures and test for leaks prior to completing the job for at least 24hrs. And don't let your master plumber to do so either. Request a 24hr leak test. Just some friendly advice. Because they will charge you if they have to come back and blame the plumbing instead of there mistakes.

These are beautiful. Definitely not delta quality, but perfect for the look we wanted.

This shower is awesome! The water flow is unrestricted and feel great.I have some plumbing experience, and this system was easy to install.The main mixing valve come with marks that indicate how far into the wall it needs to go, and with simple measurements of the thickness of the tile, cement board, and mortar bed, it lined up easily to the perfect depth.The brass nipple for the hand sprayer didn’t have these depth marks, so I again did my own measureMents and was off by 1/2”.Can’t change that since it was already behind the tile. So I email the company, and Lucia was extremely helpful. I told her what I needed and sent in pics, and she had a new nipple made that was 1/2” longer. It worked perfectly.She gave me the new nipple free of charge and I paid the shipping.Excellent customer service. Excellent product

Bought this as we didn't want to spend a lot of money on our bathroom remodel. We were pleasantly surprised with the product received and though we ran into some issues with the length of the wand valve length (our fault for not measuring where it would end) the seller was more than willing to help us out and send us another valve to match the length we needed. Highly recommend if you are in need of a quality piece at a very reasonable price point.

The media could not be loaded.  We purchased the 12 inch shower head, thought it would be a bit big at first but it is perfect. Nice water pressure. Very sleek and nice looking. Love the handle add on which makes it easier to rinse the shower.

The media could not be loaded.  My plumber installed this, so I can't speak on the install. However, it is beautiful. The quality is that of some of the higher end plumbing fixtures. Nice solid construction. The wand makes cleaning the shower a piece of cake.
