Great, same quality of pillow that comes with the warmer when you purchase it.
Love my Prince Lionheart wipes warmer. Used the pillow that came with it for atleast 6 months and it was still in great condition. Just make sure you put some extra water in the warmer and wash the pillow in hot water and put in the warmer, after sanitized, every time you put more wipes in. For us, its about every 3 days. It fits the packs of pamper sensitive wipes that come in individual plastic packages in the value boxes, perfectly. I just decided to purchase more just to be safe. They are awesome! It prevents your baby from peeing all over you as well because its not a cold wipe. Just make sure you keep the lid closed when not using and have the warmer close to your changing area so that you get the wipe on them within seconds of removing from the warmer. It takes the chill of the wipes and makes them just a little warm, perfect! My son is 11 months old and still use it and plan to until he is out of diapers. Then it will go in out master bathroom, love a warm wipe!

Does the job
We have used these for about a year and a half for my son's cloth wipes. Overall, they do the job fairly well, but they do require some maintenance.I prep wipes about 1x/week by folding them and wetting them with a cloth wipe solution diluted with water. I put them in the wipe warmer on the pad at the level of wetness we'll use them - damp but not soaking. I do not put extra water in the wipe warmer for a few reasons. First, not sure I want them sitting in that water for a week. Secondly, less mess in case my son gets into the wipes. ;)I used to tend to the warmer and pad more carefully early on - re-wetting each week and thoroughly wiping out the warmer. That has mostly gone by the wayside. However, when we notice that the pad is getting dry/crusty/brown, we re-wet it. Oftentimes, some of the brown parts will rub off.I have tended to replace the pads every 5ish months. They would probably last longer if we were more vigilant about keeping them moist. As it stands, once they seem to be too dry/crusty, I just order new ones. Since I don't wipe it down every week, I figure that it's time for a new one if only for the potentially built up germs. I'd say they should definitely last the suggested 3 months with an average amount of maintenance/attention/re-wetting.The pad definitely helps to keep the wipes in good condition though. We have 3 warmers - two at home (separate areas) and one at my parents' house. One of ours at home is used much less frequently and gets less attention. Even when that pad is completely dried out and brown, the wipes have fared ok. There can be some yellowing on the bottom wipe if it has been a really long time since we paid it much attention, but overall, I think it does a good job of protecting the wipes. Not sure about the anti-microbial part because I do feel that it has gotten a little gross sometimes (another trigger to re-order/replace....or at least flip it over until I can). It's not perfect, but generally does what it is supposed to do. You're not going to be able to wet it and forget about it for weeks on end, but I have not had any major issues with it that would cause me to look for other options. Still counting down until we are done with wipes AND diapers though. ;)

Remember, remember, remember...
This is a great product with the warmer. It helps to keep the wipes moist and warm. At first I thought it was just a luxury product and I would only get it if I had extra money. But when I brought home my baby and felt how cold the wipes are, you bet it became a necessity. I know I wouldn't want a cold wipe down there after being warm and cozy. And a baby's nervous system is extra sensitive so it must be extra harsh on her.But you have to follow the directions. It says to wet it every week and it would last 3 months but when you have a newborn, and it's your first, it can easily slip your mind. I even wrote it on the calendar to remind myself but how many times did I actually look at the calendar? Not enough apparently. I had let it dry out. It got brown and was beyond saving so I had to change it after a month. So now I made it a habit to just wet it every time I put in a new pack even though it hasn't been a week yet. That way I don't forget to do it and I don't dry out a second one.

Good brand! Accidentally sent a single pad pack though
I like this brand a lot and am just trying to figure out where to tell someone that I got a single pack instead of the 2 count pack in the description. It’s not a big deal but these pads don’t last forever. It’d be nice to have that second one as back up. We had the last one forever! Too long really but if you clean it and re-wet it, it keeps working for a while. Until it totally dries up and stops working. Again, love this warmer and brand. No complaints aside from Amazon (or someone??) sending me a single rather than a double.
