Q: Hello! these are wireless right? they come with mic, and the option to plug a 3.5 as well and the volume and turn on/off button on the side?

These are the best headphones, better than BOSE. The side buttons don't control volume, however. They skip forward and back for tracks. Microphone is unmatched in quality for headphones. It does have a plug in AUX cord option for when the battery dies, but that battery lasts a very long time. 18/10 highly recommend.

Q: I own the wired model em-jh023, id like to know if this headphones hold as the mentioned model or do this headphones are good to workout ?

Yes they are great for working out. I workout several times a week and I have tested them doing a variety of exercises: push-ups, pull ups, deadlier, etc. They adjust pretty well to the head, I haven't any problems of them falling or feeling too tight on the hears.

Q: Is the built-in microphone good enough for quality conversations? Like for example work calls. Thanks

I use them for work meetings regularly and no one asks me to repeat myself. They are great!
