Impracticle
Purchased a new property and had to buy a replacement toilet seat to fit my ideal standard toilet basin. However, the hinges didnt fit. Trying to get the correct hinges to fit the toilet seat has been a nighmare, but i eventually resolved this after 2 months.The toilet seat is NOT slow/soft close.Its NOT simple to remove. You require a tiny alan key to lift it off.The price of the seat and replacement parts, if required, is ridiculous.If considering buying a toilet, please consider the price tag, unease of use and potential difficulty of obtaining parts from ideal standard.

This item is not slow closing and for the price you would expect it to do as the advert says. I can't seem to get a response from anyone
