I’ve been using this at the suggestion of my registered dietitian, in hopes that it will be good for my gut and also possibly help steady my glucose. I mix one scoop in a glass of water. There’s a bit of a taste, not unpleasant, and I’ve gotten used to it and barely notice. It dissolves perfectly clear. Hope it will bring good results!

This is an excellent fiber product. It mixes easily and is completely clear and tasteless.

Giving it 5 stars because it’s not the products fault. My dietician said to try and it and it had the opposite effect on me.

My workplace's health coach recommended this fiber and I love it. It mixes perfectly with my morning protein shake and it helps me get more fiber in my diet. Perfect in my book!

This dissolves well in water but somehow I do taste a hint of something (something not too tasty). I wish they were more flavorable as I am not tempted to take this on a daily basis. I will buy some flavor packs to add to the mix. As far as what it does, it does do what it says - works well for symptoms and those who are on the Low FODMAP diet. I'm just not sure I would buy it again since it is not that enticing. Others may disagree, but for me, just 'eh.

Is the product being made anymore? I used to find it locally, but now I can’t. I ordered here once and it was good but now my next shipment is delayed by a week and counting with no timeframe in sight. What is going on? Love the product —
