What are the ingredients.

Hi! It’s made from konjac. It’s a very healthy natural product. It absorbs the taste of other ingredients. I am very pleased with it.

Please advise.. I rinsed before use as per instructions, but ended up as soup instead of a nice rice dish. What did I do wrong?

I think you over cooked it. Try cooking for one minute and rinse. I personally didn’t like the taste.

Is there anything else apart from Konjac and water

The dried rice has a better taste.

a whopping 385g per pack so 2 good size portions

I prefer this than eating noodles and they really fill you up as much as standard rice without the calories. There is no flavour so work best with something with lots of spices or flavour
