Preventative Topical Flea Treatment for Medium Cats (5-9 Pounds), 4 Count

Great product works well on its own have only found 2 small living flees less than 24hrs later. 3 out of 4 kittens (4-5 mo old) had capstar fallowed by this product which is quicker results with this product to bolster longer term treatment with 0 flees in less than a day where my 4th who didn't have any capstar had 2 small living flees and slower results but I'm still highly impressed with the results 10 out of 10 would buy again. Having 4 kitties it is safer if you separate them until medicine drys.

Works better than the over priced "brand" names. I have 4 inside cats. How they got infected i dont know. One dose...fleas GONE! I am impressed!

Okay, so it's not revolution plus, but it does offer flea control, it's easy to apply, the smell is as you would expect from other medications, so nothing different much in those areas. It's not going to cure heartworms like revolution, it's not going to kill ear mites from what I've noticed, but this is only my second time buying it, so I will report back with any noticeable improvements. It's half the price of other, and works the same. Like I said, the only flea treatment I would say is better than this one would be revolution plus, because that does kill everything, but at $22 a dose, it's no wonder. This comes out to less than $4 a dose. I noticed as soon as I put it on, there is scratching, but after that, it is calmed down. This is typical with all flea medications, because if your pet does have live fleas they run up to the face area, so your pet is going to scratch. That should subside in about 24 to 48 hours, however.

Didn’t get rid of the fleas :-(

This works better than the formula for small cats. We had a stray that left us with 5 cats and this works as well as the several hundred dollar version it would cost us to treat all of them. Very happy. You do have to wash everything and vacuum daily until they are gone.

These meds have been a blessing!! I had a bad flea infestation for a while and not enough money for go to a vet for my cats. I have tried everything in the books and all other forms of flea meds and none have worked. My family recommended me these and within a day I didn’t see any more fleas!! It does have a bad smell but it doesn’t irritate my cat’s skin like the others do.

This is a high-quality fleet treatment product that cuts the price down drastically from the mainstream products like advantage plus for example which typically will run you about $70 per box and does not have nearly as many treatments in it. I would absolutely suggest anybody looking for an Inexpensive way to get their cats treated and to have the same piece of mind as a person who paid for the traditional namebrand Amazon basics is definitely for you and I can tell from personal experience it works just as well

A week after treating my cats they are starting to scratch again. Maybe if they had a treatment for 12 -15 lbs it may work better. It's effective but not strong enough? A couple yrs ago Flea treatments always lasted about a month, now every treatment I try only works a few days. Even the name brands that are double the price dont last longer than a week. I don't want to poison my cats and dose them again too soon so now they will have to suffer for a couple weeks until I can try something else. They had a pretty bad infestation and they did stop scratching the next day. I pulled several dead fleas off them with a flea comb. So for quick relief and to reduce the number of fleas in the house this works but it doesn't last long. I put out a shallow plate with a light shining on it, filled with water and dish soap every night. I was getting about 100 fleas a night. A week after using this treatment I'm getting about 30 fleas a night. The numbers are coming down so it did help.... Just not as good as these topical treatments used to work.
