HJCHelmets Full Face I10 Helmet

This is my first experience with a full face helmets so I wasn't sure what to expect. When I put it on for the first time I thought maybe I should have gone up a size. However after wearing it for a couple of hours, it started to break in very nicely and was a lot more comfortable. Putting it on is a little tight, like the opening itself is a little small. I wear glasses and that was a big reason for picking this helmet, and I was not disappointed. My glasses fit great inside the helmet and do not move around a lot, which is great. It is not overly heavy and seems to have good airflow so far. I did not notice a lot of fogging when I used the visor. The visor works very well and is easy to see through,and also easy to operate. I did go up a size based on other reviews and I'm glad I did. Like I said, it's pretty snug at first but breaks in very nicely. I highly recommend this helmet. I am tempted to get another one for a spare, especially at this price.

I’ve had the HJC helmet for 2 months now and I have really liked how snug it fits me. It is easy to clean when taking all the pads out. Haven’t had any problems with it so far. I have yet still to try using a helmet intercom.

This helmet is very comfortable to wear, even during long stretches of riding. Can't say about others' experience, but the ventilation works well, the wind noise is minimal, and the padding is pretty comfortable overall. Regarding safety, its reassuring to know it is both DOT and SNELL rated; it's pretty rare to find a helmet at this price point that offers both that level of safety, and good aesthetics. Being a new rider, I was more budget sensitive with the gear I was able to source at the time since everything went into purchasing a bike, but I didn't want to go too cheap and put myself at risk getting lackluster equipment. This helmet should last the test of time and protect my nugget well enough until either I hit the ground or can afford something upscale, like an Arai or Shoei.My only gripe with this helmet is that there are no safety remove loops at the strap, so if I go down EMT's will need to be more cautious when removing my helmet... though at this price point, there's only so much you can ultimately ask for. If you're looking at this helmet and mulling it over, don't waste your time, just pull the trigger. I'm happy I did!

It is fairly quiet and it is comfortable. However, finding the correct size can be a challenge! I usually wear a large in helmets but needed to upsize to a 2xl in this one. I have ridden a few hours now and it is comfortable, wind passes over it nicely and fresh air coming thru the vents is awesome! I do wear glasses and it also accommodates them well. The Bluetooth installed easily (after watching YouTube videos) and fits like a glove. So for a less expensive helmet that's snell and dot rated, it's great!

Maybe I’m overreacting, but this 5-star helmet loses marks with me because not only does it not come with a chin curtain, and not only is there no option to add a chin curtain to the order, they don’t tell you the chin curtain is optional and they don’t tell you which chin curtain to buy (they are helmet-specific), and Amazon doesn’t carry the chin curtain for this model helmet! So, found online with a quick Google search. The cheapest with shipping was thirteen bucks, but another site wanted over forty bucks with shipping. Anyway, inconvenient all around. Otherwise, a beautiful helmet! Quality above its price point! I got XXL, but it fits like my XL helmets, so something to consider.

This helmet saved my life! I had been riding for over a year with a helmet that wasn’t the greatest and my husband decided it was time for us to get an upgrade. He purchased his first to test it out, I loved the color. I tried it on and decided I wanted the same in a smaller size. Not even a month had passed, when we collided. I flew and landed on my head about 30’ away from the bike. If I had been wearing my previous helmet, I have no doubt in my mind, my injuries would have been more serious, if not fatal. I 100% recommend this bike to anyone who is looking to purchase or upgrade. Go by the measurements they provide in regards to size. It may feel a little tight at first, but it will break in.

This is a very comfortable helmet. I went with an XL after reading reviews suggesting to go a size up, and it fits well. The air vents are easy to adjust and the helmet provides a good amount of airflow to avoid fogging. Although the airflow help, you may need to purchase the pin lock portion of the visor to completely be fog free.The helmet is pretty quiet, but can be noisy at higher speeds. Overall, you can't beat this quality for the price!

I like the look of this helmet and the price was right. Found the cheek pads a little tight, but not the top pad. I eventually replaced the cheek pads with slightly smaller pads and now the helmet fits perfect. Very happy with the fit and the look. And feel confident I am protected if there is an incident on my motorbike.** I also removed all the decals except the DOT logo. They were easy to remove and gives the helmet a nice stealth look.
