Home Accent Furnishings 70 Inch Television Stand in Driftwood

This item arrived the first day of the 4 day window. The Fed Ex delivery just left this very heavy and large box on the outside of my garage without even ringing my doorbell with sub zero temps and snow I was not happy, luckily I was home and saw him. I am 66 years old and struggled to move box into my garage whereby I unpacked and brought into my home piece by piece. For me this would have worked better with two people but it was manageable with one but just took longer and more effort, a younger person would probably find this not a problem. Instructions were OK and really needed some time to work out which side of the furniture you would need to be working on. I did not time myself but took me a good afternoon of which I was OK with as I had all day. I did forget the glue in some of the areas and one of the dowels fell out while I was putting together but it still looks great.I am extremely happy and all my electronics fit on shelves. I have the shelf on the highest level and works well. I really love the colour which is a refreshing change from expresso and goes well with my decor. Its solid and well made and came undamaged. Thanks you Amazon for another great item but please use a decent carrier.

This has been the perfect addition to my basement media room. As you can see in the pic, my large receiver, center surround speaker, blu-ray player, and Roku fit inside it. I have space to expand my blu-ray collection and the stand is the perfect size and height for my 50" tv. I'm confident that if I had a 60", it would look proportionate as well. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. The texture feels like real barn wood. I'm so happy I paid a little extra for this color.

Love the color, good quality and sturdy! Would give it 5 stars except it’s difficult to build, definitely needs at least two people. It’s also pretty heavy. But once it’s all put together it functions and works great!

Well worth the money and then some!! Hard to bring up condo stairs when delivered, and small nick on one corner (thankfully in the back) but the "wood" looks fabulous, love the Driftwood color!! Nice, sturdy, Ive filled with books, videos, and display everything BUT a TV on it!! Took 2 people over an hr to slowly (& methodically!!) put together! Great buy!

1. Shipping: The product arrived quickly and the box was intact.2. Packaging: The item was packaged into a lot of styrofoam (that upsets me every time; it is not considerate to the environment- but yeah, the packaging protected the Formica pieces inside).3. Assembly: It took around 1 hour to assemble.4. Appearance / Quality: From 5-6 feet away, this TV media stand looks ok. From closer though, the finish looks very cheap. Title says driftwood; but the simulation veneer is too glossy / reflective, and it is a bit too grayish... We previously bought other driftwood / reclaimed wood imitation furniture from Amazom (from other vendors) so we used those as criteria for the finish. All of these other pieces are less glossy and less grayish. Also, naturally, all pieces are some modern material made in China, like Formica, with applied veneer film on top. The furniture reeks some smell that doesn't feel like wood at all; don't want to even imagine what glues have been used for the process... Trying not to breathe around it too much. I guess the smell will disappear over time. Hopefully.Overall Rating: Giving it 3 stars, mainly because the price we paid at the time of purchase feels too high compared to the actual materials and quality of finishes / appearance. But we will keep it. It does the job, supports the 75" TV in our movie room. And it feels slightly (slightly) better than IKEA design and appearance.

I was able to assemble it in a little more than an hour. I love how it looks. It fits well with my flooring and wall color. Very strong. I originally purchased it for my 55" LG TV and I recently purchased 65" LG and it fit perfectly. Very well made and holds up well.

Product looks nice! Will say, the directions could have been a little more specific (had to redo a couple steps after the next step showed me I put a piece on the wrong way). Whole assembled piece is sturdy and holds up our new 50 inch TV. My wife is very happy with the look it provides. Recommended!

Looks nice but that's where it ends! The holes do not line up, screws stripped out with allen wench they provided, pieces are literally falling off because it doesn't fit together properly. I put all types of furniture together and unfortunately this one was the worst! Maybe I received a lemon but I wouldn't risk buying it! Stay away!!!!!
