Great for Journaling Beginners!
I have really enjoyed this journal and I look forward to writing in it everyday. The journal is well-made and high quality for the price. I think the prompts are really thoughtful and the author has some really good insights. There are times where some of the prompts are a little too abstract or difficult to understand, but most of them are really thought-provoking. I overall really love the format- a short passage to read and then a prompt to write about. I also like how it’s only 30 days- I am on day 22 and it feels really good knowing I have stuck with this and accomplished something! It’s made me want to make journal a part of my everyday routine. Highly recommend!

This is the best book. You definitely won't regret. Helped me with insomnia and anxiety
I ordered 4 different books on this topic at the same time. And this one is the best. But you will have to work and allocate enough time for it. The results are excellent, I am very grateful to the author for this journal.I suffered from insomnia for 7 years, the last year was very difficult. After this journal, I began to sleep without drugs. I have become calmer, I no longer have anxiety, the way I think about myself and talk to myself has fundamentally changed. I will re-read the book and do assignments periodically. After reading this book, I ordered 2 more books by this author.

Working through this journal catalyzed some huge changes in my life. Suzanne's down-to-earth wisdom and gentle approach to digging deep into your soul is inspiring and refreshing. What I love most about this journal is that it's not really complete after the 30 days; I gained tools that I can continue to use in my life to explore who I am and rediscover the love and support inherent in my heart. As a new mother, I believe what I learned through this experience will help me be a better mom to my daughter. I have a new understanding of self-love that I can teach her so that she'll always know her true power.

Self-Love: Journey of Self-Discovery and Emotional Healing to Help You Feel Good Enough: Guided Journal by Suzanne Heyn started off putting me on edge because my copy was put together incorrectly. I considered returning it but decided to just go with the flow. It made the entire experience feel like I was reading and writing backwards, an interesting brain exercise. Heyn offers an essay before each daily prompt. I found some of them interesting but mostly felt like this was work I'd already done. Heyn does what the book promises, but also leans into religion and spiritually in places that felt limiting but that could be because my personal beliefs don't align with hers. I bought the book to help me explore a specific reason for a dip in my self-love. By twisting the prompts, I was able to kind of hone in on my issue. Overall, Self-Love was good, but I don't think I'm its target audience. Someone who is earlier on in their self-love journey might find the book far more helpful than I did.

Life changing, authentic , you will not regret
This journal was life changing !!! I want to meet her and I am so proud of her workAs if I know her . I’ve passed this on to clients and friends . I know my life was forever changed . When you cultivate a real sense of worthiness you simply show up differently. The book has so many gems it’s too much to even share . I just invite you to order , it’s challenging and you may weepBut it’s not in vain . On to play the day journal to continue my journey

The best investment in your mental health!
I am almost finished the 30 day journey and every morning I look forward to my ritual of journaling! This has opened me up and helped me understand myself. I loved it so much that I just purchased the Listen To Your Heart Journal! I have the Play with the Day and use this as my annual, monthly and daily goal setting which is practical at staying on track. They are ALL amazing!!!!

More than a journal!
Well, only the 3rd day in and I LOVE this book. Its so much more than a journal. It explains thought patterns to you and actually provides you with concrete advice. If you cant afford counseling, I highly recommend this. Ive done alot of reading , meditating and healing and this is helping me and giving me more hope than anything thus far. I plan to order all the journals qs time goes on!

Definitely recommended
There are a lot of wise bits in this book. I have done some important inner work with the help of some very good questions. It`s very well structured. It`s also very pretty and the book itself seems to be printed on some high quality paper. The only thing I didn`t like was the the proportion to available pages to write on vs. the amount of questions asked per day. Every day there are 2,5 pages to write on however some days include more complex questions than others so I would wish they would plan accordingly. Otherwise I would definitely recommend the book if you want to do some practical inner work and learn some wholesome wisdom.

Life changing, literally
Did not expect to go so deep with this guided journal! Almost everyday I realize something profound about my past and why I am the way I am. For me it is therapy. I hope everyone reads this journal, it is helping me get un-stuck in my self-sabatoge patterns and heal some deep pains. Suzanne's writing pushed you but is also comforting and she teaches you to trust yourself. Thank you Suzanne!
