I had back surgery about a year ago that left my left leg/foot numb and was getting worse. My leg would fall asleep in the middle of the night w/ prolong Charlie horse .I did my research and decided on this product. Ingredients are all natural and capsule was made out of bovine (not pork) of which I am grateful. This product works if you have severe circulation issues that have bothered you for a while, one pill 3xs a day works great on a daily basis. I usually take on and off if the numbness in my leg bothers me at night I would take 2 pills (do not take on an empty stomach) needless to say, I will purchase this product until it no longer works for me. This is a God send and the Ingredients are all natural and top notch

IMHO followung dosage instructions will have you feeling less tense, less stiff and less "clogged". This is not the first brand that I've purchased as the original offering isn't available through Amazon anymore.I would recommend this in your regimen. Especially if you have the typical American diet.

Seems to do what it’s suppose to do from what I can tell.

I almost didn't use it for anything. If you want to cut lids off a product with a butter knife and steak knife, this is the product for you. I finally threw it against the wall and the lid came off so of course the stuff went all over. I haven't used it yet but will look for a different company to order from.

Helped the circulation in my legs. But needs to be taken about with meals. Will cause upset stomach.
