Can't go wrong with a digital sidecar for your compatible Cisco phone. I especially like that you can program speed dials just by pushing and holding for a few seconds. What else is there to say except, if you want one of these, you'll be happy with one of these. Be sure you're running the latest Cisco firmware versions and you should have no problem.

I was not sure if these were going to be supported by the RingCentral system, but they are awesome. When we plugged them in initially the unit upgraded itself and worked perfect.

The product looks great, however it is not compatible if you are using a UC320w. If it were compatible with more phone systems it would be a five star product.The merchant does get a five star rating from me. They provide prompt and courteous customer service.

We purchased the side car for the Cisco VOIP phone and it has been a great tool for our business! We highly recommend the CISCO phones for ease of updating and remote management as well as the excellent quality of service,

The web interface doesn't detect it.Sad, as it seemed to be a great product.Still usable, but via workaround, but only extension will display.I wish it was cleared ahead of purchase.

And much easier to update than printing and cutting out a template for my old SPA500s

le produit est dans l'état neuf mais a déjà été déballé et remballé. Le carton avait été expédié sans suremballage donc les anciennes étiquettes de transport déchirées ne font pas très propre.
