Since a different supplier of these types of cups change the actual item without notice, I'll chime in that as of April 26, 2021 they are still selling units with the gradations on the outside. Slight indentation on the inside, but the raised markings are outside.

Do these cups have tbs markings?

Use 15 ml for tbsp, and 5ml for tsp. (One tablespoon equals 14.7868 milliliters, and one teaspoon equals 4.92892 milliliters.)

How they can be accurate if distance between is same but cup is larger on top ?

It’s marked accordingly on the side of the cup. It’s not equally spaced on the cup it’s spaced based on the different ML. I make epoxy tumblers and use these to mix epoxy (in which it requires exact measurements or else it won’t cure) and these disposable cups haven't failed me.
