SUREFOOT Foot Rubz Massage Ball One Color One Size

This foot massage ball is my new favorite thing. It feels sooooo good.I put it on the floor, place a foot on it, and roll it around going back and forth , trying to cover all of the reflexology-type areas. It tickled my arch area when first using it, but I got used to it pretty quickly.-- It's easy to adjust the pressure simply by how much weight I put on it with my foot.-- The ball seems to be pretty indestructible.-- It makes my feet feel simultaneously energized and relaxed - maybe the word is rejuvenated. Whatever the word, it's an excellent feeling.-- It's small enough to tuck in desk drawers, nightstands, end table drawers.-- It's a great thing to travel with travel with - I recently saw Tim Ferriss say that he takes one when he travels by plane to revive his feet on long flights, and I now plan to do the same.The only downside is that my dog thinks every ball is hers and she tries to paw it out from under my foot.I love this so much that I've sent one to other people I love.

I use it daily after being on my feet all day. Use it in the ball my foot and on the arches, it relieves a lot of tension. Small size you can always keep it in your bag or at work super handy time of need of achy feet. The quality of the plastic is perfect and it will last quite a long time. I had bunion surgery and my physical therapist suggested this ball for loosening the tendons on the bottom of my foot. This little ball is a miracle. It rolls out the tendons and you can press it into all your little sore spots. Works like a dream.

This foot massage ball is smaller than a tennis ball. Rubber is not too hard or too soft. I would say the hardness is in between a tennis and a lacrosse ball. It gives more stimulation to the sole than a tennis ball due to the "spiky" rubber on the surface. It probably does a better job to break down scar tissues underneath the sole muscle.

I really like this little ball, even though I typically don't like "bumpy" muscle rollers. I keep it under my desk and roll my foot throughout the day while working on the computer. It works both sitting and standing, though I prefer the standing position because I can put more weight on the ball.The size is great and really lets me put some deep pressure on my plantar fasciitis pain point just in front of my heel.

A massage therapist recommended the Rubz ball as I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis for 6 months, and this using this ball for a couple days has really minimized the pain in my foot. On my walk last night, I walked without pain -- the first time in months. WOW! I also used it on my arm to deal with tennis/ golf elbow. Again--the pain is almost gone.
