Very nice product.. if you are missing preacher curl in gym..this is best buy for your home gym... They also send a complementary mask with the package.. next strap is adjustable.. and the pads for your tricep to seat on has a soft pad.. comfortable when you curl Ur biceps.. overall very nice product

Good one but
This one's best of all the gym products I have bought online, but it is not recommend if you are a beginner level gym goer, because it needs a lot of adjustment, which comes only with experience, else you will hurt your elbows bad.
