CraftsOfEgypt Egyptian Real Alabaster Stone/Marble Candle Holder Votive

Like: I like this candle holder. This one is essentially one color although there is a small area where the alabaster starts to darken.Dislike: the very bottom of the candle holder has an area where the alabaster looks as if it's crazed. It's not broken or chipped, it's just that the natural rock has non-uniform structure. It's hardly noticeable.There are a few other imperfections. One is the hole where the candle goes is off center to the center of the candle holder. It's hardly noticeable. The outside rim of the candleholder looks as if whoever was polishing the stone left the stone on the grinder/wheel a wee bit too long. The lip of the candle holder isn't round.Overall impression is the candle holder should last a long time. It's not bad, it's not great. It's a nice functional candle holder that has a lot of charm.

I got a set of these for my parents for their 37th anniversary. Apparently alabaster is the gift for 37 years. They are very nice quality and look so pretty with a tea light.

This is a very pretty alabaster candle holder. It really is not suitable for a votive candle though....as specified. It's perfect for tea light candles. I gave it four stars, not 5,only because it was advertised as a votive candle holder, and that's what I needed.

It's our 37th wedding anniversary and this was the perfect gift. We both love it and it looks great with candle light or sitting without light. Truly happy with our Alabaster gift from Egypt. Thank you, Lesa Conemac

Absolutely Beautiful!!! I Love This and Plan on Buying Many More. I Burn Candles Everyday and Night, But This is My Favorite Holder. It Glows Softly, But Illuminates the whole room. Being able to remove left over wax to burn another, Without Damaging the holder is not always easy.. It Is With This One. It’s So Beautiful and I Couldn’t Be Happier.;)

I did my bathroom Egytian and although I s have several considerably more expensive items in there as soon as I walk in my eyes go to my alabaster candle holders. They are by far my favorite items in the room. Look beautiful lit or not
