What I like, Simple little fitting that works perfectly, 1 screw to firmly fit to the wall. can point the shower head in any direction. I had purchased 3 fittings before this one all had to be discarded for various reasons wish I could have come across this one first. What I don't like, absolutely nothing

Easy to install, is all metal with chrome finish so more robust and better value than plastic ones.

This is a great little thing. Very easy, very effective. Works even with rather heavy shower heads. Notice the small number of bad reviews here? If your bevel is the wrong way round, then you are using this item upside down. If you can't tighten it enough, then you assembled it the wrong way. That's the only downside I might point out. You have to disassemble the holder in order to mount it, and there are no instructions for how to put it back together. So you will need to remember what side of the spring the little metal disk was on - because if you get it wrong, it's not working so well. A little image on the packaging might have been helpful for some people.

This is my second Shower Head Holder of the same type. I wanted another one so I could fix the head nearer to the bath when washing the dog. This is a quality metal mount, and definitely not cheap and sprayed plastic like some I have seen. Fits very easy using the single screw and raw plug provided.

Unfortunately even an ordinary shower head is too heavy for the adjustable arm to stay in the position you put it in. It will always sag down so the arm is at the bottom within seconds. This would be less of a problem if it wasn't for the stupid design choice that means that in this lowest position, the shower head is pointing back at the wall it's attached to, and in danger of sliding out of the holder entirely. Completely unusable. One other minor point - the one I was shipped did not have the screw or rawl plug shown in the photos.
