I just love these boots. They’re so cosy and comfortable with the the lovely soft fur lining all the way down the boot. I can sometimes be size 4.5 but took a chance with size 4 and they fit perfectly even with thicker socks on. Highly recommend

These boots are so comfortable. They do have a wide fit to them, so I need to wear thick socks (not a problem for winter boots!) and I do normally go for a wider fitting shoe, so if your feet were very narrow, they may be too big. I have worn them all winter and they still look like new. Nice grip on the bottom on wet / slippery roads. Would recommend

Bought a pair back in October 2021. I was very pleased with them and very comfortable however when first wearing them I felt as if my toes felt damp and cold and wondered if water from the short grass I had been walking on was seeping through.This wa like it very time I went out if it had been rainning. I have now only 5 months on the shoe around the toe area has come away from the sole. I have emailed Heavenly Boots and sent in photos only to be told that as I bought these through Amazon there is nothing they can do and to seek help from them . This is clearly not as easy as you think after buying the product 5 months ago. Have sent hem an email to no avail. Im going to attempt the procedure again but what I don't understand is why Heavenly Boot would not help as seen as it was their product. I do understand that they were not my consumer but customer care and reputation surely goes a long way. But to relitiate I did love the boot but if its faulty I think your very much on your own .

These boots were a little more expensive than I would normally buy, but I'm so glad I spent the extra money now. These boots are so comfortable! The added support in the inner sole really makes the difference. I've worn these boots every time I have been out since they arrived, and there has been no rubbing or blisters. I'm usually a size 6, but sometimes I have to go into a 7. I ordered these boots in a size 6 and I'm very glad I did because they are very roomy, and a 7 would have been way too big. Overall, would totally recommend these boots to anyone looking for an every day winter boot.

Loved this boot, but unfortunately the size UK 3 was too small and the size UK 4 was too big - a half size option would have been perfect! The boots looked attractive, were warm and the sole looked as if it would wear well. The on line ordering service worked well - I was updated on delivery and boots were delivered on time.

I was looking for calf boots that didn’t look chunky. These are perfect. Warm, comfortable and look great.

I really want to like these boots, they feel comfortable, wide fit in most areas (wider than I need in the ankle/leg) but still too narrow at the toe to be called wide fit. The first delivery I liked the boots but one was obviously wrong sized and was a 5 but marked as a 6. I ordered another pair which arrived prior to me returning the first and they're noticeable different. Much more shiny with a more obviously grain, not matt like the first pair. Longer stitching and a darker brown above the sole. To me they just don't look as nice as the first pair. I'm going to return these also and see if third time lucky brings me a pair like the first ones but in the correct size. It shouldn't be a lottery! Otherwise they seem comfy but haven't worn them much yet, just for a quick try on.

I have just got my boots and they are perfect and very comfortable and stylish, fit perfectly, really really nice boots
