Great size and handles, easy clean

It was wonderful.

This roasting pan is huge. I am going to have to be creative in making room for it in my cabinet. I was disappointed to see that some of the coating on the one side of the pan was flaked off. At first I thought it was just markings from the cardboard insert but it wasn't. The coating is definitely not all there. But it would be a pain to return it so I will use it since the bottom of the pan is fine. This is why I knocked off a star.

Perfect for the smoker, if you're cooking in a sauce. Will be perfect for the Thanksgiving turkey as well.

So far so good. Easy to clean, with no sticking to the pan after use. Nice easy to grab handles and the rack works well too. My only complaint is, they should use more padding for shipping. The pan came with rack inside of course, but no padding/foam to keep from scratching inside, just a little.

I use this for almost anything. It fits even the largest of my meals and cleans up like an absolute dream. If I could only keep one pan, this would be the one.

The price of the pan is about 1/3 of higher end pans, and it cooks and cleans up well. Unfortunately, the metal is pretty this, guess 1/3 the price translates to 1/3 the metal. Anyhow, I bought it to use in my 2nd home, and cooked a pork roast in it today. Cooked great, clean up was very easy, so for infrequent use, it’s great. I think if this was for my primary kitchen, I would buy one that was heavier.

I tested it with first roasting vegetables slightly coated with oil. Turned out per. Left no stains.Clean up was a breeze!Similarly with a roast using the rack.Lots of room for vegetables and the rack allows roast to be done without removing or moving vegetables

I love this pan. It's a little big, but not so big it can not be used for 2 - 4 people.It is SO EASY to clean and care for. For me the ONLY drawback is storage. I have a small kitchen and have to store it in my oven. I'm not fond of storing things in the oven but c'est la vie.I'm very happy with my purchase. I just wish I could find a similar item for a toaster/convection oven and I'd be in roasting pan heaven.

I moved to another province and was about to cook my first turkey for family. We quickly realized that our old turkey pan didn't move with us. After cooking with this one I'm glad we forgot it, it was so easy to cook with and the rack was new for me but I won't cook without it again. So easy to pull turkey out and have all the juices ready to make gravy. The best part was the cleanup the coated pan made it so easy. I highly recommend to anyone and the price is perfect for what you get.

I have used it twice and it performed very well. With the nonstick finish it is easy to clean. Very handy as you can do a whole meal in the one roaster.

Excellent quality and design but it is HUGE! I would say it is for cooking for 12 persons. I would say that it is 3 times bigger than is needed for a family of 4. Too bad because I absolutley loved its quality...
