Do these bulbs have any writing / branding on the bulb?

There is no print on the actual bulb. Works with no problems.

Are these bulbs suitable for a three-bulb ceiling light? I bought some recently that I realised upon arrival were marked to say that they are not

Bought these as dimable bulbs and they flicker and crackle, I would not buy them! Look elsewhere.

Suitable for lumie sunrise?

Not too sure about that. Most places suggest a halogen bulb as a replacement. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lumie-Bodyclock-Halogen-Bulb-42W/dp/B0098XHQ84 It probably would work but you might not get the gradual change from dark to light it might go up in stages and appear a bit jumpy.
