Amazing if used correctly
This device I use it every night, first just rest on it, then move neck around on the points of the device. This makes my neck crack in every point imaginable. After resting for a second, I’ll grab my head and gently pull to one side then the next and my neck pops every time like never before. Became part of my everyday use

I battle Neck trouble & headaches
