Best but expensive
I used this in Dubai and I find this super effective for fever. I personally didn't experience any side effects. I see its priced very high. It costs around 10 AED for 5 sachets.

Box dented, but contents unspoilt. Good.
Box was a bit dog-eared by post, but contents fine. The last of the Lemsip without caffeine. Why is caffeine being tossed into everything now? Not on for people with heart issues.
