Wonderful book for a young child. My daughter goes everywhere with it.Just keep in mind that not every page has a pop up illustration. Only about half of the book does.

I am a bonafide, card-carrying fairy lover. I have 3 fairy gardens set up in my backyard and too many fairy figurines, dolls and books to count. Yup. A real addict. I share this addiction with my two granddaughters. I purchased this book for them and read if for the first time with them on both arms of my sofa. From the first page to the last, when we closed the book, we were all totally enthralled! These illustrations are absolutely the most beautiful rendering of fairies (and plants...being also a gardener, I loved that the author gave specific real plant names to the fairies!) that I have ever seen! Every page is a masterpiece. You just keep looking and looking and the more you look the more you see-- The text is beautiful and the "secret Message" completely enchanting. The pop ups occur about every third page, but the non pop-up pages are just as awesome as the others. Several of the pages simply took my breath away. Buy this book, fellow fairy-lovers !!!! Your daughters and granddaughters will adore you, but you will love the book as much as they do. Promise on my pixie finger!

As an old woman, I still love to open her books and look at the beautiful graphics. For all ages, and who doesn't believe in and love fairies!?

My 7yo is enchanted with this book. I personally don’t love the writing/story but she doesn’t seem to mind that the words are a bit silly. She pores over the illustrations and pop-ups and uses them as inspiration for her own fairy drawings. The ribbon tie closure delighted her too. It’s all the little details that make it special for a kid. If you or your kid is a fan of the original flower fairies books then definitely give this one a try.

I got this book for my daughter (4 yo) who loves books and fairies. She enjoys looking at the pictures, but the story is not all that engaging for her. She will listen to it, but won't want to hear the story again and again like she does other books. She is content just looking at the pictures which is okay with me. Very beautiful pictures, about 4 pop-up pages and one page that has a leaf that can detach from the book and the child can carry with them. Cute overall, but not amazing.

My new six year old girl loves this pop up book. Not every page has pop up like the other book of the doors but just as magical and beautiful

This book is so magical! I purchases this as a gift for Easter a long with Fairy Tutu sets for my three girls. The pop up pages were so fun and absolutely beautiful. Its a well made book all around. My children who are 5,4 and 2 absolutely were in awe. Highly recommend!

I bought this for my niece. I guess I was expecting many more pop-ups and surprises. This book had barely any pop-ups. I kick myself for not reading the other reviews. However, the illustrations are beautiful.

I bought this for my boys to keep their imagination and wonder alive. It arrived on time and each page is beautiful. They are 6 & 9yrs old, yet still enjoyed it, for a moment of magic! I had left them flower fairy postcards from the tooth fairy. They finally asked it it was actually me. They seemed certain and resolute. I said "someone who really loves you left the card" , they immediately said "it was you!". They felt equally happy to know it was me. But they said they still liked to believe in fairies. So I got them this book, so we could keep the magic alive and enjoy their world of imagination. Imagining things you cannot see, believing in goodness and make believe are all healthy for the brain of a young child. It helps their intuition and creativity to grow, so they will grow up to be creative, positive problem solvers as adults. A great book to share the magic of nature and imagination.

What a beautiful book this is. We are giving it to our grand daughter for Christmas and hope she likes it as much as we do! Wonderful pop up features, rich colours, very high quality.

Bought as a lockdown present for my daughter who loves the other titles in this series but was very disappointed when we got to the last pages (a big pop up finale) to find they were ripped. I had to stick them together as best I could. Very poor condition.

A beautiful book. I gave it to my 4 year old niece who really enjoyed looking at the pictures and trying to read the story.
