This product is AMAZING!!! I have autoimmune problems that lead to some mineral deficiency and this product helps to fill in the gaps that regular diet just can't reach. If I had it all to purchase all over again I would certainly look for a smaller capsule count bottle, but the price on this one is certainly fair, I just don't need to take it more than once a day right now, and I question the potency of such things over extended periods of time. These capsules are easy to swallow and vegetable encased instead of plastic type capsules, so easier on the body all around as far as absorption. I love to stay healthy, and take minerals with my other vitiamins. I am healthy for my age on no medications and do not suffer from anything, my doctor is pleased. I thank minerals and the people who sell them. Especially Amazon who carries so many great products I can discover. I been a customer since 20 years when I immegrated to America from Germany. I believe we don’t get the amount of minerals in our diet as intended by nature anymore, at least I do after trying these! fire. Never expected to feel better energy levels and clarity from taking a mineral supplement, I bought it with an open mind though. Good price compared to other mineral supps, and lower in copper than others which is important for me. Can’t say I’ve tried any other mineral supps but it far surpassed my expectations :)

The best supplement to take hands down! Sometimes I eat fast food... Maybe a burger every once in a while (sometimes too often). There's just not enough nutrients in our food even when you do eat perfectly healthy. If you can say that anyone eats that way. Minerals are not abundant enough in our soils to give our bodies the correct amount of minerals. So behold, the supplement that can solve some of your problems. Although you have to take 4 capsules (Honestly, who cares after the massive benefits), I have yet to have any stomach pain (even when I eat I usually do) associated with this supplement. More and more I have realized that this companies supplements tend to be digested easier. Give it a try for a month and see how you like it. I usually take it with breakfast. It's been about 3 months of my S.O and I consistently taking the minerals and we feel great! There is nothing better than knowing that you are helping the body.
