I haven't had a multi outlet surge protector before so I googled some questions, asked siblings and dad. At first by one of my brothers I was told take the current standard outlet cover off and attach the device on bare against the wall with the screw. BUTT, interestingly it's looser and wiggles more so it's less sturdy; so my dad suggested keeping the outlet cover on and putting the multi outlet tool on like normal which was very helpful because now you don't need to hold the device while you plug and unplug like I felt I had to do before. Pretty neat there's a power switch on the actual protector I think for if you're away for awhile and just if you need to cut power to all devices or whatever. I like the abundance of outlets too, just funny having to plug in everything from the side, or upside down for most of the outlets. Plus there's 3 usb ports. Although 1375 watts as a max limit is plenty and you can unplug something if need be, I had no idea hair dryers use all of that and are on the list of what to be careful with like obvious big items such as ovens and AC units. So it'd be risky it seems to have a hair dryer running and your earbuds charging while both plugged in here. Enjoying it a lot so far 10/10.

You can never have too many wall outlets, right? In certain spots in my home, I need more than the standard two-outlet set up, and I've bought other solutions that give you six plugs on the sides, although functional, they are not at all elegant solutions.The TESSAN turned out to be a great replacement for many of my old six plug converters. This is a well designed and superbly built unit. Well spaced outlets and three USB charging ports make this a versatile multi-purpose outlet extender. The included long screw to secure it to the wall outlet is thoughtful, as other boxes I've bought did no include this, good job TESSAN. I bought three and placed them throughout the house, and they've been working perfectly. If I need more, I'll be sure to buy from TESSAN again.

Quick and easy to install, but make sure you use the included screw for a secure fit! This item is handy for plugging in multiple devices, and I like the extra USB outlets on the side. Working well so far!

This works well, but was too large for the intended receptacle. We had another spot so swapped it out, but measure first. Especially if you’re in a small space.

I’m reviewing the Tessa surge protector wall charger with USB Model TS-WM106. We have a small counter area with a dual outlet where we wanted to keep multiple electrical items and locate everything we charge (iPads, iPhones, storage banks, headsets, etc). We were trying to avoid a strip surge protector to minimize clutter. The problem we encountered was 2-fold - outlet close to countertop and our plate was a designer plate which means it has no screw in the center to secure the plate. We tried a couple other wall surge protector chargers and this is the only one that was flat, gave full access to all outlets, had good separation between outlets and held itself against the wall without having that screw in the center to secure it in place. We do hold the surge protector if we pull a plug out but in all honesty, our plans are to keep these plugs in all the time. It’s always flat against the wall, works perfectly, couldn’t be happier! Problem solved and no mess!

Love the wide layout makes it easy to fit a lot of devices into it . USB plug ins on top is perfect for ease of access. Looks professionally made.
