This product does what it supposed to. It widens your nasal breathing canals. Before you purchase it however, make sure to:- Clean your nasal canals before you use these plugs, grab a wet wipe sprinkle it with a bit of hydrogen peroxide and wipe them.- It's obvious but clean your Venyn plugs too- The reason is this product takes few days to feel right. You might also cause a bit of bleeding if you push it too hard. If product is dirty and your nasal canal as well, you take a guess you will feel burning sensation and it's not going to feel pleasant.- Wear it during the day to make your nose get accustomed to the feeling.- Try all sizes, i have pretty big nose, but the largest one was the most uncomfortable.With that said, after few days. I wear them for the most of my day and during all night and I start to actually feel comfortable with those plugs. My headaches are gone and my sleep is more stable.I recommend this product but know prerequisites first.

The product seems to be of good quality and well made. Delivery was on time. Bought this product due to all the positive reviews about it helping to stop the snoring. However, my partner has been using these for five nights now and they haven't affected his snoring in the slightest. I still have to wear my silicone ear plugs every night and I can still hear him all night long. He has been wearing the larger size as the first night he wore the small size and it fell out. Back to the drawing board for us!

These are terrible. Painful, woke up with painful nose and a headache! Bought because of the high reviews but really regretting it. Nasal strips are so much better.

I have been looking for something that actually works in stopping my husband’s snoring and this is it! He hasn’t snored since wearing these at night! Yay! Blessed relief

These are by far the best ones I have used. Okay, they don’t completely eliminate my snoring (I wouldn’t expect them to) , but they greatly reduce it. What was worse than the snoring was this horrible snort I used to do through my nose which was so loud it even caused myself to wake up!! Now that has been eliminated or as good as. Worth it just for that and I actually find these quite comfortable (I use the large ones), have no problems with my nose getting sore. Not like other ones I have used that have left my nose in a right state.

I like the option of the different sizes; took a bit of testing on all of them to find the one that fit best.Definitely helps to open airways in the nose and I’ve found myself using them in the day as well.

I have big nostrils, so naturally thought the bigger size would fit me. It didn't, they're painful when in, and the plastic/ silicon wasn't cut right, so there's odd overhangs. Wouldn't buy again.

Unusable. Just makes the runny nose and blocks completely.
