The media could not be loaded. This is such a cool faucet that everyone who has seen it, loves. Kids are in awe of how it works.Make sure your measurements are exact. The tub spigot has places to where it stabilized the shelf, so you're able to use it for toiletries.

Quality appears good, eager to try out!
We liked the quality of the product, but we would like some instructions on how to install. Not sure if they were ever in the box. Or just misplaced. Please help!

Missing key part
We were missing a key part (the adapter that goes inside the spout) so we couldn’t even use the product unless we wanted an unsealed faucet that leaked. Very disappointed.Update: company sent us a new adapter free of charge. Greatly appreciated.

COUNT YOUR VALVES NEEDED BUT BEAUTIFUL
A NICE LOOKING FIXTURE BUT NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY REMODEL. PACKAGE WAS UNOPENED AND RETURND TO CHINO LOCATION WITH AMAZON LABEL.

Good product, need professional install
This looks beautiful in my bathroom, but since the product is made outside of the US, it needed special sized things for it that connect it behind the wall. So my plumber had to order it. Still, very beautiful once installed.

Worked like a charm
The media could not be loaded. I love that the faucet head moves. The pressure is good from both exits and it matches my other handle perfectly

Broken ...Customer service is as pleasant to deal with as your ex's divorce lawyers.
It's difficult to even describe how frustrating this company is to deal with. Product makes noises like a jet refueling. They keep asking me to send more videos of the problem. I know they are probably just yanking my chain. Anyway....after months and months of back and forth...I give up.Maybe I just received an anomaly and their stuff is usually OK. But I will never know.Extraordinarily disappointed.

Leakes out of lever when hot water is on. Cheap inner materials.
