I'm actually dumbfounded that this made it past product testing. I am nearly 35 years old and it took me over an HOUR to build this. I can't even imagine how my 8 and 5 year olds would have managed it. And what's WORSE is when it is finally built, the damn marble hardly ever makes it to the top with the 'launcher'. Please, take your money elsewhere and avoid buying this at all costs.

The reviews say it all so no need for me to repeat it. Lousy product.

This is impossible for a child to put together and very difficult for a 37-year-old engineer. My daughter and I did end up completing the build together, and that achievement did build a bit of resilience for both of us. However once it's built there's not much you can do with it other than shoot marbles a few times. There is no opportunity to change the design, and therefore no opportunity for the child to express creativity. In addition, many of the parts are very flimsy and can easily break. I would not recommend this for anyone.

Haven't even made it through the instructions and I'm doubtful it's going to work as intended. 8 year old wouldn't be ae to put this together and as cool as it looks I'm not sure it will get played with much.Not happy with it but I didn't buy it from Amazon.

This is so hard to put together, I threw it away. I wouldn’t even give this to anyone—I’d feel badly. It was torture before it hit the trash.

Total crap, so difficult the pieces don’t stay together. Honestly companies that make such useless plastic products should be sued because they are filling our landfills and wasting our money and time. If you are a lawyer let’s work together.

This thing was tedious to assemble, taking 2-3 adult hours. There is no way 8 year old could have done it as needed some force in areas and unit pieces are not sturdy in others. It comes with no instructions. The manual on-line was all pictures. There were pieces that had no use, like 175? I finally got it working but it is not fun. 1/3 times the marble gets to top then stuck on wheel. You have no option to customize. Completely avoid this toy.

I asked grandma to buy this toy for my sins 6th birthday as he wanted a new type of marble run. It was a huge mistake. The pieces snap, it falls apart each step of the way, and even when you get it assembled after a full week of daily work, it does not function properly. Do not buy this toy.
