can i pull a mega ex card

A mega ex card is a chance of being in the booster packs. Not every booster pack will have a mega ex card in it. There will be at least one holographic card a trainer and or an energy card. Out of booster packs that I have bought from many different series of cards, I've only got one ex card, and one break card. It's luck getting one.
